Q:
What do you need to know about a "Consolidator
Fare"?
A: Consolidator
Fares are usually 20-50% cheaper than published fares.
These fares may have similar or more restrictions -
it might be a bit more difficult to make cancellations
and changes, but if you are set on your dates do not
worry about the conditions, and enjoy deep discounts.

I call Booking Adventure with questions or to purchase
a ticket?

Hotel Search
FAQs
Q:
Once I already paid, can I still make changes
to my hotel reservation?
A: Hotels
usually allow date changes if they have rooms available.
It is in your best interest to verify hotel rule and
possibly check on future room availability prior to
confirming a reservation and making a purchase.
Q:
Can I cancel my hotel reservation?
A: This
really depends on the hotel, but as long as you call
24-72 hours prior to the arrival, most hotels will allow
canceling the reservation without a penalty. Some hotels
may allow canceling even within 24 hours before the
arrival.
Q: Will
my credit card be charged immediately after I make a
reservation?
A: We
require a credit card number to confirm your hotel booking.
In most cases this is not charged, but used as a guarantee.
It is important to cancel directly with the hotel prior
to the cancellation deadline, and make a note of the
"cancellation-number" provided, so you are
not charged a "no-show" penalty.
Q: What
happens if a hotel cannot find my reservation when I
arrive?
A: This
should never be a problem. It is a good idea to always
have your reservation number handy, however – perhaps
even a print out of the confirmation sent to you over
the e-mail. If you used a credit card to make the reservation,
hotel guarantees to have a room. If hotel personal managed
to make a mistake and overlooked your reservation, they
are obligated to find you a comparable hotel accommodation
and provide free transportation to that place.
